Hundreds of Happy Homes. SCR Property Services isn't a company — it's Craig Whetlor. One man with over twenty years of experience, a van full of tools, and a simple philosophy: show up, do it right, leave it clean. ## Meet Craig Whetlor Craig started SCR Property Services over twenty years ago with a simple idea: be the tradesman he'd want to hire himself. Someone who answers the phone, gives a straight quote, turns up on time, does quality work, and cleans up afterwards. It sounds basic — but anyone who's tried to find a reliable handyman knows how rare those qualities are. Based in Ivybridge, Craig has built his reputation one job at a time. From a single shelf installation to a complete kitchen refit, every project gets the same meticulous attention. He doesn't employ subcontractors or apprentices. When you book Craig, you get Craig. Over two decades, Craig has worked on hundreds of properties across Devon and Cornwall. Victorian terraces in Plymouth, modern new-builds in Ivybridge, coastal homes in South Hams, family estates in Plympton — he's seen every kind of property challenge and solved it. Craig's clients don't just hire him once — they call him for everything. A leaking tap today, a room repaint next month, a kitchen refit next year. Many have been using his services for over a decade. Read what they say on our reviews page. What We Stand For ## The SCR Way ### Craftsmanship Every joint flush, every edge clean, every finish smooth. Craig takes pride in the details that separate good work from great work. ### Respect Your home is your sanctuary. Craig treats every property with care — dust sheets down, shoes off if asked, everything tidied before he leaves. ### Honesty The quote is the price. If Craig spots an issue, he tells you straight. If a job needs a specialist, he'll say so. No upselling, no pressure. ### Reliability When Craig says 9am, he means 9am. If something changes, you hear about it before it becomes a problem. Simple, professional communication. ### Personal Service No call centres, no office staff, no middlemen. You deal directly with the person doing the work, from first call to final finish. ### Experience 25+ years in the trade means Craig has seen it all and solved it all. That depth of knowledge saves you time, money, and headaches. 25+ years In Business Fully insured Public Liability 7 Days A Week, 9am–8pm 22 Areas Across Devon & Cornwall ## Ready to Work With Craig?
